Brian and Eva: The Dueling Cavaliers!

It is with great excitement that we introduce to you, Brian and Eva. A talented and energetic couple, Brian and Eva just plain enjoy one another! The morning before the shoot we had coffee with the couple to hear about their expectations and hopes for the shoot. (Ok, so we also wanted the inside scoop on the engagement story.) We first heard Brian's side and then Eva's. We were laughing then, over chocolate croissants, and did not stop laughing the rest of the day! I am astonished at how well their story matches the story that their photos tell. Read on!

The chosen spot was at the Brooke Farm Trail in Wayne, Pennsylvania, where we reenacted the proposal and went on several unexpected adventures. Our excursions included splashing in waterfalls, climbing steep, forest passes and scaling large rocks! It was a blast; What's more, even the light and foliage were bursting with as much excitement as we were!

After a quaint afternoon, we headed over to The Willows, also in Wayne. It was time to get a little messy. After dueling with deadly rubber swords, the couple covered one another in green and yellow paint. We laughed and encouraged their feistiness. (All in a days work!)

Lucky for us, they made up, and we got to snap a few more winning photos of them. We woke up the next morning with sore cheeks from laughing so much and it couldn't have been more worth it!

Thank you Brian & Eva for your energy, sweet laughter and ever photogenically inclined faces. We are so grateful for relationships like yours.

Meet Grace and Chris

"Let All That You Do Be Done In Love."1

This Easter weekend we had the pleasure of taking photos with Chris and Grace, a newly engaged (and might I say astoundingly gorgeous) couple. Their allure was obvious to everyone and everything around (namely, a cute gray cat that found it's way into most of the photos). We went to a whimsical farm house on the property of a large estate in York, Pennsylvania. The air and lighting were crisp as Grace and Chris displayed their love for one another. We could not get enough of their winsome faces, fetching looks and innocent chemistry. They had a blast making us laugh with the silliest of faces and comments and we had a blast being a part of this joyous occasion!

We congratulate you both on your engagement and send you blessings for a beautiful marriage.

Self Portraits: Blurbs About Us

About Jamie: From Whitney

If you understand the little joys in life, the way plants lean toward the sun, hearing children talk about their imaginary worlds or laughing hysterically with a loved one then you'll understand Jamie--a small woman with GREAT Joy. Having known Jamie for 4 years I can say that about her. She meets any and all situations with great Joy. She's able to find that small piece of beauty you hadn't noticed or that thing to be grateful for that you missed. Her Joy for life and people touches all things so that when you least expect it, there she is...grinning and dancing with her hands in the air--and soon enough--you are too.

About Whitney: From Jamie

Though it may seem difficult to surmise, Whitney is even more lovely than she looks. She has the ability to make you feel comfortable and as if you are a superstar, simultaneously. Her eye for beauty is unique and outstanding, focusing on life, love, and experience. Whitney is an old-soul with a ton of new creative ideas waiting to be tried. Whether she is working on making a card, running cross-country, or meeting someone for the first time, she works hard, finds time to be silly, and strives to get the most out of each day. I think you'd like her quite a bit.
